If my residences belong to my company or to a trust, do I still have to share them if I get divorced?

In principle, yes.

If you control these residences (which is very likely if you live there), the court must include them in the division of family patrimony because the “rights which confer use of [the residences]” are part of the family patrimony, in accordance with article 415 of the Civil Code of Québec.
